Andrew is co-founder and the head trainer at Next Generation. He has been training professionally for over a decade and has been in the gun dog world his entire life.

Andrew has trained with, worked for and learned from some of the top trainers in the country. He believes he can learn something from everyone he works and trains with, which helps him develop his own techniques, methods and programs. He approaches each dog as an individual and tailors his programs toward each dog’s specific needs and temperament. His success with many breeds proves his dedication toward each dog as an individual.

Every year, he builds up many AKC Junior Hunters, Senior Hunters and Master Hunters among multiple retriever breeds. He boasts a very high pass rate at several Master National Hunt Tests on both Chesapeakes and Labradors. Andrew’s experience and commitment to your dog will develop it into the most confident and successful competitive or hunting dog that it is capable of achieving.

Adam is co-founder, head breeder and a trainer at Next Generation. Breeding and producing high quality retrievers has become a major passion.

As a breeder, Next Generation has produced some of the top Chesapeake Bay Retrievers in both the field and in the conformation ring, boasting many AKC Champion and hunt-titled dogs, several Champion-Master Hunters and Qualified All-Age dogs. Next Generation has bred National Specialty class winners, Winners Dog and Winners Bitch on multiple occasions.

Adam is involved in the American Chesapeake Club and believes in maintaining, producing and training a well-rounded dog that can perform its job flawlessly, with the structure integrity necessary to carry out that purpose and hold up well into its senior years.
